Dear members and friends,
We are delighted to invite you to the 36th European Veterinary Dermatology Congress, co-organized by the European Society of Veterinary Dermatology (ESVD) and the European College of Veterinary Dermatology (ECVD).

This congress will take place from Thursday 27 August – Saturday 29 August 2026 in Lille, France.

Just one hour from Paris, 35 minutes from Brussels and 80 minutes from London, Lille could have lived in the shadow of its illustrious neighbours. And yet, without any complexes, it cultivates and displays its difference!

Flemish, Burgundian and then Spanish before becoming French, Lille has an exceptional architectural heritage. A trading centre since the Middle Ages, a citadel under Louis XIV, industrial in the 19th century and ambitious in the 20th century, the city preserves the vestiges of its past while looking to the future.

European Capital of Culture in 2004, Lille is now a benchmark in this field. In prestigious museums and alternative art centres, from the Opera House to numerous theatres and the Lille National Orchestra, culture is experienced and shared on a daily basis.

Proud of its festive and gastronomic traditions, the capital of Nord-Pas de Calais remains a city on a human scale, where the generosity and warmth of the people of the North shine through.
